We strive to create welcoming and enjoyable living environments for all residents, ultimately driving income growth for property owners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CLASSIFICATION: </strong>Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SHIFT: </strong>Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm</p><p><br></p><p><strong>COMPENSATION: &nbsp;</strong>$19-$21/hour (DOE)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.</li><li>Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.</li><li>Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist in the cleaning of available units and models.</li><li>Assist in the troubleshooting/repairing of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems.</li><li>Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor or property manager.</li><li>Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures.</li></ul>",
