          "text": "<p><strong>Summary:</strong><strong> </strong>Create Airway Bills for all shipments, including regular and freight pickups. Create shipping barcodes via customer request and perform cycle counts. Coordinate priority shipments with internal departments.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Performing clerical duties as needed, such as but not limited to, date entry, filing, monitoring and tracking of shipments, and ensuring accuracy of rate charges,</li><li>Maintaining department records regarding destination, weight and charges on all incoming and outgoing shipments.</li><li>Performing administrative duties, such as but not limited to, generating import/export files, assisting with tracking and expediting freight, freight/ carrier invoice auditing, and coordinating with carriers and internal departments.</li><li>Creating bills of lading, shipment reports and processing all incoming and outgoing shipment records.</li><li>Maintaining records of overcharges and damages to goods in transit.</li><li>Familiar with all customs and international shipment regarding rules and regulations.</li><li>International Export/Import shipment experience.</li><li>Oversee the shipments and coordinate with packers.</li><li>Ensures shipments are executed by the ship date and turned within 48 hours.</li><li>Actively participates in monthly shipment goals.</li><li>Assists in cost reduction efforts for transportation and supplies.</li><li>Works with transportation companies and brokers to resolve any delays.</li><li>Follow all Senior policies and procedures.</li><li>Other duties with the work as assigned.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>In addition to the above, Coordinators are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices.
