Global Commissioning Safety Execution</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead global alignment on <strong>safe execution of commissioning activities</strong>, particularly in high-energy environments</li>\n <li>Ensure consistent application of controls across regions, teams, and project types</li>\n <li>Support field teams in managing <strong>real-time risk and decision-making under schedule pressure</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>2. Standards, Procedures, and Safe Systems of Work</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain global standards for: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Electrical safety (arc flash, lockout/tagout, energized work)</li>\n   <li>Commissioning practices and task execution</li>\n   <li>High-risk activities in construction and service environments</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ensure standards are <strong>practical, scalable, and consistently applied</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>3. Multi-Contractor Environment &amp; Work Coordination</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define expectations for safe work in <strong>complex, multi-contractor construction environments</strong></li>\n <li>Clarify <strong>roles, responsibilities, and isolation ownership</strong>&nbsp;across Vertiv, customers, and third parties</li>\n <li>Establish requirements for <strong>contractor alignment and shared accountability</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>4. Global Services Alignment &amp; Field Integration</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with global Services leadership to ensure <strong>procedures are executable in real-world conditions</strong></li>\n <li>Drive adoption through <strong>collaboration, field engagement, and continuous feedback loops</strong></li>\n <li>Align EHS and Services organizations on <strong>practical implementation and expectations</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>5. Safe Design &amp; NPDI Integration</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Engineering to embed <strong>engineering controls</strong>&nbsp;into products and systems</li>\n <li>Influence NPDI processes to ensure <strong>design for safe commissioning, serviceability, and reduced exposure</strong></li>\n <li>Advocate for solutions that <strong>minimize the need for energized work and cabinet access</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>6. Electrical Safety Strategy &amp; LIFE Exposure Reduction</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define and advance the global strategy for <strong>electrical safety and LIFE exposure prevention</strong></li>\n <li>Establish expectations for <strong>energy isolation, verification of absence of voltage, and energized work controls</strong></li>\n <li>Monitor emerging risks and technologies to continuously strengthen controls</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>7. Auditing, Inspection &amp; Field Verification</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and lead a global approach for <strong>auditing and inspecting electrical and commissioning work</strong></li>\n <li>Conduct and/or oversee <strong>field audits, site inspections, and targeted reviews</strong>&nbsp;of high-risk activities</li>\n <li>Verify that standards are not only defined but <strong>consistently executed in the field</strong></li>\n <li>Identify systemic gaps and drive <strong>timely corrective actions and accountability</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>8. Regulatory &amp; Statutory Compliance</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure global alignment with <strong>applicable regulatory, statutory, and legal requirements</strong>&nbsp;related to electrical safety and construction activities</li>\n <li>Partner with regional EHS teams to interpret and apply <strong>local requirements</strong>&nbsp;in a consistent, practical manner</li>\n <li>Monitor regulatory developments and ensure standards and practices remain <strong>current and compliant</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>9. Incident Learning &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead analysis of electrical and commissioning-related incidents and near misses</li>\n <li>Apply <strong>Human and Organizational Performance (HOP)</strong>&nbsp;principles to identify systemic improvements</li>\n <li>Translate insights into <strong>standards, design changes, and field practices</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>10.
