You’ll also:&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Lead and coordinate project design efforts.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Apply engineering principles and judgment.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Review and validate calculations, plans and reports.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Identify and resolve discrepancies.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Proactively address project challenges.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Collaborate with project managers to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth.</div><div><!--block-->»&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations.</div><div><!--block-->&nbsp;</div><div><!--block--><strong>What it takes<br></strong>Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have eight or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, or the ability to obtain reciprocity<a href=\"#_msocom_1\">[EM1]</a> .
