    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>To operate and care for golf course maintenance equipment by performing the following duties.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Safely operates various mowers, tractor-drawn mowers, loaders, dump trucks and portable pumps for various course needs.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintains equipment by cleaning and inspecting machinery after each use.</li><li>Reports machinery or equipment problems to the Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent immediately.</li><li>Loads, unloads and hauls dirt, debris and other material and refuse.</li><li>Collects and empties litter receptacles.</li><li>Cut grass, weeds and bushes.</li><li>Acknowledges members and guests with a proper greeting and smile.</li><li>All other tasks assigned by the Director of Golf Course Maintenance, Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Education / Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Have a minimum of 1-year related experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications/Skills</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to understand basic commands in English and have basic communications skills.</li><li>Have basic knowledge of mechanical operation of trucks, other motorized equipment, and common construction* and maintenance tools.</li><li>Must be able to properly operate a gas or electric powered golf cart.</li></ul><ul><li>Available to work weekends and holidays.</li></ul><p><strong>Licenses or Certificates</strong></p><p>N/A</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements&nbsp;</strong><em>(The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
