      "content": "<div>\n<p>Are you a recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and gets energized by finding the right person for a hard-to-fill role? At Tutor Intelligence, we're building the commercial and customer-facing teams that bring cutting-edge robotics AI to market — and we need a sharp, full-cycle recruiter to help us do it.</p>\n<p>Tutor is deploying robotics AI into factories and warehouses across the country, and the people who make that happen on the ground — AEs, SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Deployment Managers — are critical to our growth. As our CX/GTM Recruiter, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for these roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across our GTM and Customer Experience teams, and report into the Head of People Strategy.</p>\n<p>We're looking for someone who is proactive, communicative, and deeply candidate-focused. You know how to build a pipeline from scratch, move candidates through a process without losing them, and represent a company's mission in a way that makes people genuinely excited to join.
