propose mitigation strategies and solutions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Facilitate issue resolution across internal teams and vendors.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain </span><span>accurate</span><span> risk logs, issue trackers, and project documentation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive briefings.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure projects </span><span>comply with</span><span> governance processes, regulatory expectations, and internal audit requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain documentation such as BRDs, project plans, meeting minutes, and RAID logs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>10-15 years of experience in project management, ideally within fintech, financial services, trading platforms, exchanges,</span><span> </span><span>clearing</span><span> or technology implementation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)</span><span> with certification in relevant area.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Hands-on experience planning and executing UAT cycles.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>High degree of ownership, </span><span>follow-through</span><span>, and operational discipline.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Possess excellent leadership skills to guide project teams and influence stakeholders effectively.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>",
