    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Machinist – 2nd shift or 3rd shift</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Dauphin Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made, industrial cutting tools, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for 2nd shift or 3rd shift for our production facility located in Millersburg, PA.  This person will be responsible for set-up and operation of production machinery.</p>\n<p>2nd Shift Hours – 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM – Monday through Friday</p>\n<p>3rd Shift Hours –  8:00 PM -  6:30 AM – Monday through Thursday</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined. Trade school or prior machining experience is preferred but <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">we will train the right individual</span></em></span>. Prior experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is a plus.</p>\n<p>We offer an excellent benefit package, including medical, dental, vision,</p>\n<p>401(k) including both base and Company matching contributions,                           paid holidays/vacation, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance and life insurance.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities for Machine Operator</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up machinery for operation</li>\n<li>Make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance</li>\n<li>Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues and perform daily maintenance</li>\n<li>Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor</li>\n<li>Comply with all safety and health regulations</li>\n<li>Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications for Machine Operator</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience is preferred but will train the right individual.</li>\n<li>Must be detail-oriented</li>\n<li>Understanding of production and plant processes</li>\n<li>Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, Excel and Word</li>\n<li>Good Math Skills</li>\n<li>Ability to follow written and oral instructions</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team</li>\n</ul>",
