    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Now Hiring for Aspire's Rely Center in Noblesville, IN ! </strong></p>\n<p><strong>** This is a part time /PRN position that can be filled by an RN or Paramedic **</strong></p>\n<p><em>Preference given to candidates able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. </em></p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The PRN Triage Specialist at Rely will provide triage services within the Rely Center, \"A Safe Place for Help\" which includes a Psychiatric Urgent Care for all ages and an adult 23 hour stabilization unit. The Rely Center team is for individuals who have a passion for and are comfortable working in fast-paced environments, assisting individuals in mental health and/or substance use crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. </p>\n<p>This position requires a high level of knowledge of providing urgent care level integrated care for people with substance use or mental health needs.  This includes triage and assessment, ongoing monitoring of clinical status, administering medications and more.  In addition, the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (particularly with providers and licensed therapists) is a must. <strong><em> </em></strong>This is a part time / PRN position, with potential schedule adjustment and/or full time options in the future. The ideal candidate will be available to cover 8pm-8am on weekends, holidays, and as needed. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct assessments,  medication reviews, mini-mental status exams</li>\n <li>Triage: Prioritizing and assessing the urgency of patient conditions, including identifying when a patient’s medical symptoms require a higher level of care </li>\n <li>Monitoring: Ongoing observation of a patient’s clinical status</li>\n <li>Medication administration: as ordered by provider and monitoring for adverse reactions or side effects </li>\n <li>Provide medication skills training and psychoeducational services for clients</li>\n <li>Coordinate with patients and colleagues to assess and identify goals for a person-centered treatment plan</li>\n <li>In conjunction with the crisis team, inform and support referrals to the next step in care, particularly from a nursing perspective.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>RN Candidates </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a diploma from a two (2) year accredited nursing program</li>\n <li>Minimum of one (1) year supervised experience in a mental health/psychiatric setting highly preferred</li>\n <li><strong>Must be recognized as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Indiana </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Paramedic Candidates </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion of an accredited paramedic program and successful completion of paramedic certification exam.</li>\n <li>One (1) year experience in a mental health/psychiatric setting highly preferred</li>\n <li>Must hold an active Indiana paramedic license in good standing </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Aspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
