Job Description We have a great, new opportunity for you!! Climate Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator . This opportunity offers the advantage of working for a  100%  Employee-Owned   Com p any with an excellent reputation in the community where your work truly makes a difference! The Human Resources Coordinator will support a variety of HR function including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and regulatory compliance. This position plays an important role in helping maintain a positive and productive workplace culture while supporting company leadership and employees. Here's what you'll do: • Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Promote employee engagement and support a culture of continuous improvement • Address employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records • Support leadership with organizational development and succession planning initiatives • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the organization Here's what will get you noticed: • Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred • SHRM or PHR certification but not necessary Here's what you'll need to be successful: • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to ask questions and pursue multiple solutions to a problem. • Ability to travel and attend out of area training, meetings and/or conferences as assigned. • Maintain confidentiality of information. • Willing to work flexible hours as needed.
