We believe in building a culture of ownership, where those who help create value share meaningfully in it.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br>We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Program Manager (TPM) </span>with deep expertise in data and systems orchestration to lead mission-critical initiatives across R2. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing complex workflows that power R2’s financial infrastructure.
