Description

All Pro Security is rapidly expanding throughout the Pacific Northwest, and we are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the Portland market. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing recurring-revenue business. You will have the ability to sell a full suite of security solutions including armed and unarmed guards, mobile patrol, cameras, drones, event staffing, fire watch, executive protection, and emergency response services. If you are motivated by uncapped commissions, territory ownership, and the ability to build a market with strong operational support behind you, this role offers significant upside. About All Pro Security All Pro Security is a rapidly growing regional security company operating across Utah, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Colorado, with nationwide brokering capabilities. We partner with businesses, commercial properties, event organizers, HOAs, and facilities to deliver proactive and highly visible security solutions backed by technology, accountability, and responsive operations support. Unlike many national competitors, we move fast, support our sales teams directly, and provide the operational backing needed to win and retain business. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000-$70,000 DOE Uncapped commission structure Expected first-year earnings of $85,000-$125,000+ for strong performers Auto/cell allowance or mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development Career growth opportunities within a fast-expanding regional company What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business throughout the greater Portland metro area, including Vancouver, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham, Tigard, and surrounding markets Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting Conduct site walks, security assessments, and discovery meetings with prospective clients Develop tailored proposals and close recurring service contracts Partner closely with Operations to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client retention Represent All Pro Security at networking events, trade shows, property management events, and industry associations Maintain strong pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM documentation Why Salespeople Succeed Here Fast-growing company with less red tape than national competitors Strong operations and dispatch support behind every client Multiple service lines create more opportunities to win business Ability to sell both traditional guarding and modern security technology solutions Competitive pricing and flexible service offerings High visibility with leadership and real advancement opportunities What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in B2B outside sales, account executive, territory sales, or business development roles Strong hunter mentality with experience self-generating opportunities Proven ability to close new business and manage a sales pipeline Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory Preferred Experience Security services Commercial real estate Facilities or property management services Staffing or contract services Technology or integrated systems sales Work Environment This is a field-based hybrid role. Most of your time will be spent meeting prospects and clients throughout the Portland metro area. Some evening or weekend availability may occasionally be needed for events, client meetings, or site assessments.
