The position works as a member of the planting crew, planning the installation process, directing activities of the crew, interacting with the customer to ensure a great customer experience, ensuring compliance with all human resources and safety processes, and ensuring that all installations are completed in accordance with company guidelines. The LF is responsible for ensuring the proper, efficient, and timely completion of projects, and must be able to operate a variety of equipment and develop a working knowledge of landscaping &amp; horticultural practices.&nbsp; The LF must be able to maintain safety standards, meet overtime/staffing quotas, enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals, and manage planting projects effectively.
