This is an opportunity for a seasoned, adaptable consultant who enjoys shaping solutions, influencing direction, and helping define&#160;Oxalis&#700; IFS practice technically, commercially, and culturally.&#160;&#160;<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities&#160;</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a functional lead or senior functional consultant on IFS Cloud implementations, guiding customers from discovery through design, configuration, testing, and go-live.&#160;</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of customer business processes and map requirements to standard IFS capabilities, minimizing customization while maximizing value.&#160;</li><li>Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews with business stakeholders and&#160;SME's.&#160;</li><li>Partner with sales and account teams during pre-sales engagements, including discovery calls, solution shaping, demos, estimates, and proposal contributions.&#160;</li><li>Contribute to building repeatable offerings, accelerators, and messaging for the IFS practice.&#160;</li><li>Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, from executives to end users.&#160;</li><li>Communicate complex functional and technical concepts clearly and pragmatically.</li></ul>&#160;<p><strong>About You&#160;</strong></p><ul><li>Several&#160;years of experience in ERP consulting, systems integration, or enterprise application support, with a strong focus on IFS Applications.&#160;</li><li>Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring modules across:&#160;<ul><li>Manufacturing, including Shop Floor, Material Planning, and Quality.&#160;</li><li>Supply Chain Management.&#160;</li><li>Project Management, including Resource Management and Risk Management.&#160;</li><li>Finance Management, including Asset Management (EAM).&#160;</li></ul></li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise processes in one or more of&#160;Oxalis&#8217;&#160;core industries&#160;including&#160;maritime, manufacturing,&#160;aerospace,&#160;and defense.&#160;</li><li>Proven experience as a regular user of generative AI tools (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or comparable platforms) and a positive belief in their ability to augment human capability and meaningfully&#160;improve how work is performed.</li><li>Ability to design and implement tailored ERP solutions that integrate with customer-specific processes and systems.&#160;</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a strong customer-facing presence.&#160;</li><li>Bachelor&#700;s&#160;degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience.&#160;</li><li>Experience with multiple end-to-end IFS implementations&#160;as&#160;an&#160;IFS Practitioner Consultant is preferred.&#160;&#160;</li><li>Experience integrating IFS with platforms such as Atlassian, Salesforce, SharePoint, or external asset and inventory systems&#160;is preferred.&#160;&#160;</li></ul><br><strong>Why Work for Us?&#160;&#160;</strong><br>Join Oxalis and be part of a team&#160;that&#8217;s&#160;transforming how regulated industries&#160;operate&#160;through cutting&#8209;edge solutions.
