You will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience while shopping with us. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to multitask and prioritize your tasks effectively.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous retail or customer service experience</li><li>Experience handling cash and credit card payments</li><li>Knowledge of fireworks and related products</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them with their inquiries</li><li>Provide product information and recommendations to customers</li><li>Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized showroom</li><li>Assist with inventory management and restocking of products</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a Showroom Staff, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills to provide our customers with a positive experience.
