This role serves as a trusted technical safety resource to operational leadership and field personnel, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer safety requirements. The Safety Coordinator II plays a critical role in strengthening the Company&rsquo;s safety culture, leading complex incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement across all safety programs and initiatives.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Partner with operations leadership to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Serve as a subject matter expert on safety-related matters, providing technical guidance and support to supervisors, employees, and project teams.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Promote and reinforce a proactive, high-performance safety culture through coaching, mentoring, field engagement, and leadership presence.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations, industry standards, Company policies, and customer requirements.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions or imminent hazards threaten employees, the public, equipment, or property.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Identify safety trends, recurring hazards, and systemic risks, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Coordinate and deliver safety training programs, compliance initiatives, and educational resources to support workforce development.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Conduct safety inspections, audits, jobsite evaluations, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Lead investigations involving accidents, incidents, injuries, and near-misses, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Maintain accurate safety records, reports, metrics, and documentation to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement efforts.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Minimum of four (4) years of occupational health and safety experience in an industrial environment, preferably within the construction industry.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">College coursework or specialized training in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field is strongly preferred.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Must possess, or be able to obtain within one (1) year of hire, one or more of the following professional safety certifications:<ul style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP)</li><li style=\"line-height: 1; font-size: 14px;\">OSHA 500 and/or OSHA 510</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Licenses / Certifications</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1;
