Transform lives. Start your journey with E-Therapy today!</p>\n<p>Position Overview:</p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing bilingual speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders in school settings.</p>\n<p>#Onsite</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills in both English and the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).</li>\n <li>Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans to address students' communication goals and objectives in their primary language and English.</li>\n <li>Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, vocabulary development, and social communication.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to integrate speech-language therapy goals and strategies into students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom activities.</li>\n <li>Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other members of the educational team to provide updates on students' progress, therapy goals, and recommendations for home practice.</li>\n <li>Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, materials, and technology to enhance students' speech and language skills and promote generalization of skills across settings.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.</li>\n <li>Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist</li>\n <li>Current ASHA certification required</li>\n <li>Passionate about working with K-12 students</li>\n <li>Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</li>\n <li>Flexible work arrangements</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
