The Project Management instructor currently runs only in evenings: Tuesdays to Thursdays 5:30pm – 9:00pm PST. (Days subject to change) </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Duties: </span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Deliver engaging and effective instruction that follows established curriculum and schedule in an interactive, student-centered environment  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> Prepare daily lesson plans and complete all required preparation prior to course delivery  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Provide academic assistance in a variety of learning situations  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Provide detailed feedback to students on their academic performance in a timely manner </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> Maintain records for the purposes of grading and tracking attendance  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Correspond with students, management and administrative staff as  required during the course offering  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Complete all required administrative tasks in a timely manner  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Remain current in area of professional expertise and teaching methods  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">When required, assist new instructors  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Participate in curriculum/program reviews and assist in the evaluation of program quality  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrate values and principles of professional conduct in all endeavors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Adhere to Greystone College policies and procedures and assist in their implementation as necessary  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Attend faculty meetings and training sessions  <br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Other duties as assigned </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes: </span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> Must have work experience managing all aspects of the project lifecycle  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> PMP Certification or equivalent formal credential  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Prior teaching experience in the post-secondary environment is considered an asset  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong presentation and public speaking skills  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Excellent English-language communication skills  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to communicate complex information to students both verbally and in writing in an understandable manner  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to motivate adult learners to achieve academic success  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Team leadership and excellent interpersonal skills  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office 365 applications  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience in learning management system platforms such as Moodle is an asset</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience Required</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business  Administration or other relevant discipline with minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Project Manager OR</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> 10 years of industry experience as a Project Manager </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
