Join us in making a difference through your handy skills and become a part of our friendly team today!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential, HOA, and commercial properties.</li>\n<li>Fix plumbing issues including leaking faucets, toilets, and pipes.</li>\n<li>Assemble furniture and install household items such as shelves and light fixtures.</li>\n<li>Paint and patch walls, ensuring they look professional, fresh, and inviting.</li>\n<li>Perform light electrical work including changing outlets and fixtures.</li>\n<li>Repair and maintain outdoor common areas, roads, sidewalks, railings, fences, etc</li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance needs or potential repairs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques.</li>\n<li>Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is preferred.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of drywall repair and painting preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n<li>A 100% commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service are essential. </li>\n<li>A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work schedule is typically 7:30am to 3:30pm Mon – Thurs</li>\n<li>Work schedule will vary day to day due to scheduled jobs – Flexibility is required<br></li>\n</ul>",
