We believe in building leaders from the ground up.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key </span> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the LPR Manager in overseeing LPR driver operations in your assigned market</li>\n<li>Monitor driver attendance, scan counts, area coverage, and vehicle recovery data</li>\n<li>Provide on-the-ground training for new LPR drivers</li>\n<li>Conduct regular ride-alongs and vehicle audits to ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards</li>\n<li>Be the first line of support for driver issues, escalations, and area adjustments</li>\n<li>Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics to the LPR Manager</li>\n<li>Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and data-driven performance<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You’re a Great Fit If You:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have prior experience as an LPR Driver or in the repossession field</li>\n<li>Are tech-savvy and comfortable using GPS, repo software, and camera systems</li>\n<li>Lead by example and take pride in clean work, clear communication, and teamwork</li>\n<li>Are dependable, punctual, and able to coach others toward excellence</li>\n<li>Can work independently but are also a team player</li>\n<li>Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and can pass a background check</li>\n<li>Are 24 years or older (insurance purposes)</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Pegasus?</span> <br>We’re a forward-thinking repossession company with a strong team environment and a commitment to high standards.
