Decomposes SE&A requirements for establishment of test framework, procedures and automation for assigned functional area. Manages Agile processes and implementation. Coordinates and manages functional area testing for test integration and automation in support of CI/CD. Creates test data, Knowledgeable in Microservices design & architecture, CI/CD, Test frameworks and automation, Agile Methodology, release planning. Requires good communication skills. Demonstrated experiences in TBD of the following test functions: static analysis, unit & integration testing, Load and performance testing, Chaos testing, Functional testing, compliance to include Section 508, end-to-end testing, user interface testing and forecast scenario testing. Experience with test tools such as: Junit, Cucumber, Jmeter, Selenium, Fitness, SonarQube.
