The Host/Hostess is the first impression and the last impression our members and guests will remember, and as such it is a key position for setting the tone for the guests’ experience.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>· You love having responsibility for guest satisfaction, creating that first impression and a lasting one.</p><p>· You always have a smile and a kind thought and a genuine interest in people.</p><p>· You take your responsibility seriously, understanding your role sets the tone for the guest experience.&nbsp;</p><p>· You take pride in influencing the work flow of the restaurant.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU GET TO DO</strong>:</p><ul><li>Provide an exceptional quality experience to our guests during their dining experience with us through exceeding proper service standards&nbsp;</li><li>Control the flow of the room, maintain proper rotation of sections for seating balance and guest satisfaction&nbsp;</li><li>Track guest origin, information, requests and communicate the information to servers</li><li>Respond to and confirm guest reservations, create accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists</li><li>Greet guest, directing them to their table, menu presentation and server expectations.</li><li>Conduct coat check prior to seating, presentation of menus and server introduction</li><li>Communicating to servers the guest details and preferences</li><li>Correctly taking room service orders and sharing with departmental personnel</li><li>Locate guests in the lounge and direct them to their assigned table, Monitoring Bar transfers&nbsp;</li><li>Clean service areas, restock service stations, complete side-work and assist other team members as needed.</li><li>Utilize checklists to prepare the restaurant for opening and closing.&nbsp;</li><li>Support and participate in other duties as determined necessary by F&amp;B Management.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
