This role is in New York City, NY.</span></p><p class=\"elementtoproof\" style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\">&nbsp;</span></p><p class=\"elementtoproof\" style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architecture. Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites. Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions. Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain). Actively participate in code reviews. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Apply security and privacy principles. Execute full lifecycle software development</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team's development work</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Foster a culture of learning, innovating, and continuous improvement</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Promote engineering best practices to deliver software via rapid iterations and frequent releases</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all the systems at the program level.</span></li></ul><p class=\"elementtoproof\" style=\"background-color: white; margin-left: 0.5in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\">&nbsp;</span></p><p class=\"elementtoproof\" style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced degree preferred.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>10 plus years of full stack technical experience&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript(3 plus Years)</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>AI coding experience.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(36, 36, 36);\"><span>Experience in test automation development using Cypress, Selenium or similar.
