Engineer&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The&nbsp;Applications&nbsp;Engineer&nbsp;is&nbsp;the&nbsp;primary&nbsp;technical&nbsp;liaison&nbsp;between&nbsp;customers,&nbsp;both&nbsp;converters&nbsp;and&nbsp;end&nbsp;users,&nbsp;as&nbsp;well&nbsp;as&nbsp;co suppliers&nbsp;and&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;internal&nbsp;Ti&nbsp;functions&nbsp;such&nbsp;as&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Directors,&nbsp;Sales,&nbsp;Marketing,&nbsp;Manufacturing&nbsp;and&nbsp;Quality.&nbsp;A&nbsp;highly&nbsp;motivated&nbsp;and&nbsp;ethical&nbsp;person&nbsp;with&nbsp;very&nbsp;strong&nbsp;technical&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;and&nbsp;capability,&nbsp;combined&nbsp;ideally&nbsp;with&nbsp;excellent&nbsp;interpersonal&nbsp;and&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills&nbsp;is&nbsp;required&nbsp;for&nbsp;this&nbsp;demanding&nbsp;position</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Become&nbsp;known&nbsp;and&nbsp;recognized&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;label&nbsp;films&nbsp;applications&nbsp;expert&nbsp;with&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;and&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;film&nbsp;properties,&nbsp;formulations,&nbsp;film&nbsp;manufacturing&nbsp;and&nbsp;slitting.</li><li>Provide&nbsp;unparalleled&nbsp;service&nbsp;through&nbsp;visits&nbsp;and&nbsp;consultation&nbsp;with&nbsp;customers,&nbsp;especially&nbsp;in&nbsp;times&nbsp;of&nbsp;technical&nbsp;difficulties,&nbsp;during&nbsp;claims&nbsp;investigations&nbsp;with&nbsp;sales&nbsp;team.</li><li>Participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;business&nbsp;development&nbsp;team&nbsp;meetings&nbsp;and&nbsp;in&nbsp;meetings&nbsp;with&nbsp;customers&nbsp;to&nbsp;help&nbsp;design,&nbsp;implement&nbsp;(and&nbsp;attend)&nbsp;new&nbsp;or&nbsp;improved&nbsp;labels&nbsp;film&nbsp;trials&nbsp;as&nbsp;necessary.</li><li>Plan,&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;and&nbsp;communicate&nbsp;trial&nbsp;activities.&nbsp;Convey&nbsp;results&nbsp;at&nbsp;all&nbsp;levels&nbsp;within&nbsp;Ti&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;at&nbsp;customers&nbsp;or&nbsp;co-suppliers,&nbsp;as&nbsp;required&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve&nbsp;the&nbsp;business.</li><li>Assist&nbsp;with&nbsp;customer&nbsp;and&nbsp;internal&nbsp;training&nbsp;and&nbsp;education&nbsp;on&nbsp;technical&nbsp;aspects&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;label&rsquo;s&nbsp;films&nbsp;design,&nbsp;production,&nbsp;conversion,&nbsp;application,&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;and&nbsp;selling.</li><li>Support&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;with&nbsp;correct&nbsp;company&nbsp;and&nbsp;product&nbsp;value&nbsp;propositions&nbsp;and&nbsp;training&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;product&nbsp;differentiation.</li><li>Support&nbsp;Product&nbsp;Managers&nbsp;and&nbsp;Marketing&nbsp;with&nbsp;creation&nbsp;and&nbsp;choice&nbsp;of&nbsp;critical&nbsp;messaging&nbsp;of&nbsp;labels&nbsp;films&nbsp;technical&nbsp;value&nbsp;propositions and&nbsp;continuously&nbsp;track&nbsp;product&nbsp;performance&nbsp;in&nbsp;market&nbsp;in&nbsp;relation&nbsp;to&nbsp;such&nbsp;value&nbsp;propositions.</li><li>Support&nbsp;Product&nbsp;Managers&nbsp;with&nbsp;product&nbsp;specification&nbsp;oversight,&nbsp;aligning&nbsp;such&nbsp;with&nbsp;fitness&nbsp;for&nbsp;make&nbsp;and&nbsp;market&nbsp;fitness-for-use&nbsp;in&nbsp;application.</li><li>Coordinate&nbsp;activities&nbsp;and&nbsp;interactions&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;Ti&nbsp;functional&nbsp;groups&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;that&nbsp;identified&nbsp;customer&nbsp;needs&nbsp;are&nbsp;communicated,&nbsp;understood,&nbsp;met&nbsp;and&nbsp;serviced&nbsp;with&nbsp;best&nbsp;product&nbsp;value&nbsp;and&nbsp;service&nbsp;propositions.</li><li>Track&nbsp;and&nbsp;report
