    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; text-align: center;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(226, 80, 65);\">While we may not have an immediate opening for this role, we welcome your interest and can contact you when a job is available.</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Hours/Shift:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hours/Shift: 1st Shift from 6:00am &ndash; 2:30pm</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hours/Shift: 2nd Shift from 2:30pm &ndash; 11:00pm</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview &amp; Key Responsibilities):</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a Machine Operator, you will perform skilled work in the setup, operation, basic maintenance and repair of manufacturing and/or packaging equipment to safely and effectively produce Temperature Control Packaging and related goods as per quality policy and manufacturing Procedures.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Setup and operate manufacturing and/or packaging equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Load and feed machinery with specified raw materials and parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed during production hours and coordinates with Maintenance Mechanic to perform advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Refer to work order package and procedural instructions for each assignment before commencing work.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assure all work assigned is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in the performance of a variety of manual labor related to production including but not limited to handling, repeated handling, push, pull, lift, assembly, loading and unloading, packing, and palletization of goods.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform any specified quality assurance checks designated for each assignment adhering to quality policies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Record specified production information thoroughly and accurately in work order package.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet production standards within a reasonable time depending on the degree of difficulty of the designated assignment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide guidance to other individuals on the line, of next steps in the operating line as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Qualifications):</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or GED equivalent desired</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bilingual (English &amp; Spanish)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1+ years&rsquo; experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and understand product specifications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Forklift experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended period of time.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mechanically inclined.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Competencies):</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good multitasking and prioritization skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work effectively, courteously, and respectfully with coworkers and other personnel.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a team environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good time management skills.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHY JOIN US:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We strive to offer a comprehensive benefits package that helps you and your family maintain health and well-being -both physically and financially.
