    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Description:</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Nevada Gold Mines is looking for an<a target=\"_blank\"> <strong>Experienced Underground Miner</strong></a>&nbsp;to join our El Nino Underground Operations Team.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Underground Operations Supervisor, the Experienced Underground Miner&nbsp;is responsible for the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely and effectively operator mining equipment</li>\n <li>Be expected to work in a safe and efficient manner</li>\n <li>Train employees to operate underground equipment</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of underground equipment operating experience<strong> preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Shotcrete experience is <strong>preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Excellent safety, attendance and work records&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with all Mine Operations personnel&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li>\n <li><i><strong>The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.</strong></i></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
