To ensure that each production build units is correctly programmed, calibrated and functionally verified for every shipment. Driving test coverage, test yield, cycle time and false failure rate by trouble-shooting to meet mass production target.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\">Position/ Assignment Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">This position requires to develop new manufacturing test system to improve test accuracy, stability and efficiency:<br>1. Develop new MFT tools, maintain and optimize to suit various products accordingly. <br>2. Validate and release the executed test tools to factory. <br>3. Provide support for production locally or travelling to the factory, and follow up any technical issues and yield analysis, test time optimizations. <br>4. Provide and Maintain System specifications and necessary documents for applicable ISO process and VDA6.3, ASPICE.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities/ Statement of Work:</span></span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">1- Test Solution Development &amp; Deployment upon product requirements:</span></em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Define and implement manufacturing test strategies for PCBA and final assembly, including:<br>- Firmware pre-programming on flash and firmware download on PCA.  <br>- Calibration (RF, power, temperature)<br>- Functional Test(BFT)<br>- RF performance test(RFT)<br>- SKU configuration test<br>- Aging(DBI) / temperature chamber test(TTH/TTL) (as required).<br>- Design and qualify test fixtures, interfaces board, socket and test scripts.<br><em>2- Test Station Setup &amp; Maintenance:</em><br>- Set up and validate test stations at R&amp;D lab and at contract manufacturers (CMs) <br>-  Develop and maintain test executables using platforms such as NI TestStand, LabVIEW, Python, or other C/C++ based tools.<br>- Integrate testers with factory MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for data collection and serialization.<br>- NPI build on site support to ensure test plan to be performed efficiently.<br><em>3- Yield &amp; Performance Improvement:</em><br>- Monitor key metrics: First Pass Yield (FPY), test coverage, false failure rate, test cycle time, and escapes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Analyze manufacturing test logs to differentiate between product defects, test station issues, and software failures.<br>- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with process, quality, and R&amp;D teams.<br>- CPK and MSA report meet PV/PP gate criteria.<br><em>4- Failure Analysis &amp; Debug:</em><br>- Support production line troubleshooting for test failures – including RF (power, sensitivity), digital interfance, and V2X communication.<br>- Provide quick feedback loops to R&amp;D for design or software improvements (DFM/DFT).<br><em>5- Documentation &amp; Training:</em><br>- Create test procedures, work instructions, and maintenance guides for CM operators.<br>- Train CM test technicians and support ramp up activities.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Education and Experience:</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Familiar with visual C++ programming language, worked in test manufacturing environment or similar. <br>- Familiar with 3G/4G/5G platform and it’s required to study, understand and create the platform’s MFT test tools to meet new product requirement. <br>- Diverse background in hardware, software, mechanical automation, and factory environment. <br>- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.<br>- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or similar 3+ years of experience in visual C++ or similar programming language, and worked in test manufacturing environment for 3G/4G/5G, WiFI, V2X or similar wireless device MFT testing.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Competencies:</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">Preferred knowledge areas:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Cellular: LTE, 5G NR (conducted test for Tx power, Rx sensitivity, EVM, ACLR).<br>- Wi Fi: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, station/AP mode, RSSI, throughput test.<br>-  V2X: C V2X PC5 (message generation, loopback, GPS synchronization).<br>-  Tools: Keysight / Rohde &amp; Schwarz signal analyzers, Spirent / Anritsu communication testers, GNSS simulators</span></p>",
