We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Chandler, Arizona, where you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change management. You will work as part of a Global HR team to lead initiatives that enhance employee retention, support talent development, and ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives. Partner with leadership to identify and address workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning needs. Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Facilitate change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective communication, leadership, and employee engagement strategies. Performance Management: Support the implementation and execution of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes. Provide training and resources to managers to ensure consistent and fair performance management practices. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to mitigate risks and ensure organizational compliance. HR Programs and Initiatives: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations. Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee issues. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of workforce planning and talent management strategies. Experience in change management and organizational development. Occasional travel within the US will be required of approx. 10-20%. Education / Licenses / Certifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a similar field, is required. SHRM is preferred, but not required. Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
