FULL-TIME:</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Service Area:</strong> Paso Robles to North Santa Barbara/Buellton   40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM; occasional holiday with OT.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary:</strong> $22/hr to $24/hr DOE plus mileage and expenses. NO WEEKENDS. Monday - Friday only.</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Summary:</strong> Harbor offers a full benefit package including two different healthcare plans, wellness, vacation, personal holiday, company holidays and events, employee discounts, 401K with matching funds and more!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Merchandiser responsibilities are to verify that the customers received everything they ordered off the invoice as well as price, rotate, and stock items from pre-loaded totes. Merchandisers will be rotating all products to ensure the customer gets the extended length of product shelf life.</li>\n <li>Clean and arranges the displays and shelves, as needed.</li>\n <li>Communicate with Sales Representative or Regional Manager regarding sales issues/objectives.</li>\n <li>Develop a relationship with store managers and employees.</li>\n <li>Be a courteous and responsible driver at all times.</li>\n <li>Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.</li>\n <li>Report any issues to their manager.</li>\n <li>Verify quantity and quality of each product.</li>\n <li>Date all frozen items/price all items unless store does not call for it.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Insurance and Driver license required. <strong>Vehicle Insurance coverage amount: $100,000 per occurrence Property Damage $300,000 per occurrence Bodily Injury **Required**</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Personal vehicle to use. (reliable) **Required**</strong></li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.</li>\n <li>Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach repetitively.</li>\n <li>Two years merchandiser experience is strongly preferred in a field sales support role or high volume retail.</li>\n <li>Stability in past employment.</li>\n <li>HS Diploma. Must be able to read/write English successfully both in writing and with computer/Email skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>License/Certification:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Driver's License required in good standing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>All final candidates will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment background, drug screen and MVR report.</em></p>",
