This is an opportunity to work hands-on with electronic systems, troubleshoot real-world technical challenges, and build skills that can lead into engineering, CAD, production, field service, or technical leadership roles.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role, you'll assemble, test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair LCD and electronic display systems while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams. Every day brings a different challenge—from diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues to ensuring products meet the highest quality standards before deployment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble electronic display systems and components</li>\n<li>Test, calibrate, and verify display performance</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues</li>\n<li>Perform repairs, firmware updates, and component replacements</li>\n<li>Support RMA, maintenance, and service activities</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate production, testing, and repair documentation</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to improve product quality</li>\n<li>Safely move, position, and handle display systems and components using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment, including overhead cranes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Perks</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$17-$18/hour; up to $20/hour for directly related experience</li>\n<li>Stable full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM-3:30 PM</li>\n<li>Flexible start/end times</li>\n<li>Overtime available when needed</li>\n<li>Healthcare plans available with significant employer contribution!</li>\n<li>Dental and vision coverage</li>\n<li>HSA contribution options</li>\n<li>401(k) with 5.5% company match!</li>\n<li>PTO + 11 paid holidays + personal time</li>\n<li>Small, collaborative team environment with direct exposure to engineering and leadership</li>\n<li>Clear growth paths into engineering, CAD, production, installation, and technical service roles</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3+ years of experience in electronic assembly, electronics repair, troubleshooting, field service, cable equipment maintenance, or related technical work</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude</li>\n<li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital documentation tools</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>\n<li>Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds</li>\n<li>Ability to work with and around overhead cranes and material handling equipment</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform hands-on assembly work throughout the workday</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience operating overhead cranes or similar lifting equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please Note:</span> This is an onsite position and is not eligible for remote work.
