Description
Saltworks Technologies is a leading Canadian cleantech company solving two of the world's most pressing industrial challenges: water sustainability and critical minerals supply. We design and build advanced industrial water treatment and lithium refining systems for some of the world's most recognized companies – in semiconductors, mining, automotive, and more. Saltworks is a 2025 Fast 50 Company and EY Entrepreneur of the Year award winner.
The role:
We have immediate openings for Warehouse Associates with forklift operating experience in industrial or warehouse environments.
You will work in our warehouse receiving, storing, and preparing materials that support our manufacturing and operations teams. This role offers hands‑on warehouse experience with exposure to inventory and supply chain processes, and opportunities to build additional skills over time.
Key responsibilities:
Receive incoming materials and accurately record them in the inventory system. Store materials in assigned bin locations and maintain organized storage areas. Pick and prepare orders based on picking lists. Package and crate outgoing shipments, including building custom crates when required. Perform regular inventory counts and support inventory organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. You will be a great fit if you have:
Forklift operating experience (recertification provided if needed). Experience in accurately counting, tracking, and organizing inventory. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Windows-based systems. A valid Class 5 driver’s license . Why join Saltworks?
At Saltworks, you'll collaborate with talented colleagues to solve complex, real-world problems – designing and delivering innovative water treatment and lithium refining systems for some of the world's most recognized companies. Every team member contributes meaningfully, from early-stage development through field deployment.
We offer:
Competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, RRSP matching, life insurance, AD&D coverage, and an education allowance. Culture built on safety, innovation, diversity, and continuous learning. Collaborative, cross-functional team environment where every member contributes to project outcomes. How to apply:
If you would like to join the Saltworks team, please submit your resume (cover letters are not required).
While we sincerely appreciate all applications, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. All applications are considered confidential.
Kindly, no recruiters.
Salary : $24 per hour (negotiable based on your experience, qualifications, and alignment with comparable roles internally).
