    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is seeking a Communications Specialist to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Spring, MD.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do in Your New Role</h2>\n<p>The Communications Specialist develops and executes communication strategies that promote awareness, adoption, and utilization of PHCoE products, resources, and initiatives among military clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop health communication campaigns and outreach materials.</li>\n <li>Create digital and print communication products.</li>\n <li>Draft blogs, newsletters, fact sheets, and messaging materials.</li>\n <li>Coordinate dissemination of research findings and clinical resources.</li>\n <li>Support stakeholder engagement activities.</li>\n <li>Develop graphic and multimedia content.</li>\n <li>Health communication products</li>\n <li>Blogs and newsletters</li>\n <li>Fact sheets</li>\n <li>Communication plans</li>\n <li>Graphic and video media</li>\n <li>Stakeholder outreach materials</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, Marketing, or related field.</li>\n <li>Experience in healthcare or public health communications.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of military audiences preferred.</li>\n <li>Public Trust clearance; contract requires US Citizenship</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
