POSITION SUMMARY: Cole West is a real estate development company focused on developing residential, vacation and mixed-use properties throughout Utah. The principles of the company are active in Home through southern Utah that offer Single Family, Nightly Rental Townhomes and Multifamily projects along the Wasatch Front, master planned community development, and luxury second home construction. The company’s projects are characterized by their progressive design, and attention to detail. As a sales counselor in training, you will partner with an experienced sales counselor and the primary function will be to receive and implement on the job training in order to be promoted into the role of sales counselor. Timeline of promotion is individually assessed. Cole West is an experienced builder with homes in only the finest master-planned communities throughout Utah and beyond. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Proactively obtain information through self-led training and shadowing of an experienced new home sales counselor. To learn the basic function of the Sales Consultant is to manage all aspects of new home sales in all Cole West communities. DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to): Developing relationships with customers. Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities. Understand the customer experience touchpoints to maintain quality customer service and lead buyers throughout New Home Sales process. Begin negotiating and closing deals – this is a requirement prior to being promoted to sales counselor. Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork – this is a requirement prior to being promoted to Sales Counselor Obtaining and analyzing market data critical for our communities to remain competitive Maintaining standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority. Networking & prospecting by implementing and host community sales events. Successfully complete required company training programs, procure required sales units, and obtain approval from management to be promoted into Sales Counselor. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work weekends Ability to track hourly schedule Ability to learn and follow a sales process outline by Cole West. Previous high-end sales, preferred. Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships Action oriented individuals, with the drive to push sales to successful closure Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Cost/Compensation SAT’s will be hourly with commission opportunities. Medical/Dental/Vision and 401K
