The position serves as a critical link between product development, procurement strategy, and market execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and global platform standards.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the ResPac and Gas Furnace segment with full P&amp;L accountability, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness</li><li>Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across product lines</li><li>Develop and execute portfolio and sourcing strategies balancing cost, innovation, and localization</li><li>Align global platforms with regional market requirements, optimizing scalability and cost efficiency</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to deliver business objectives</li><li>Drive agile transformation initiatives to improve speed, collaboration, and delivery performance</li><li>Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product and sourcing strategies</li><li>Lead, develop, and coach a multi-layered, cross-regional team to build a high-performance organization</li><li>Oversee resource allocation, pricing inputs, and roadmap prioritization with a high degree of autonomy</li><li>Support innovation in system architecture, sustainability, and energy efficiency initiatives</li><li>Ensure effective stakeholder communication across North America and global teams</li><li>Plays a key role in transforming ResPac and Gas Furnace operations toward a fully product-oriented and customer-driven organization</li></ul>",
