Your mission
You act as the central point of contact for our existing customers, proactively supporting them from onboarding through implementation and successful product adoption You align goals, KPIs, and use cases with customers and ensure sustainable usage and adoption of the platform You translate customer requirements into concrete functional and process-related use cases You play a key role in customer retention by applying your domain expertise in a targeted way Acting as the interface between customers and internal teams, you pass on valuable feedback and ensure that technical and contractual matters are resolved quickly and efficiently By identifying opportunities and risks, you increase customer satisfaction and contribute to overall company success
Your profile
You have studied Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Informatics, or completed an alternative qualification such as further training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician, Master Craftsman in Precision Mechanics, and/or Business Administrator You have experience with cost engineering tools, component cost calculations, sourcing processes, or PLM systems Ideally, you have knowledge of the SAP MM module (procurement) You possess very strong communication and facilitation skills You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven manner You communicate confidently in both German and English
