We are interviewing this week for next school year opportunities so don’t miss your chance to be part of something extraordinary!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>For immediate consideration, please send a copy of your resume to [email protected] or call 803-868-4570.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct assessments of students’ mental health, social-emotional functioning, and behavioral needs in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.</li>\n <li>Provide individual and group counseling services focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, peer relationships, and family conflict.</li>\n <li> Respond to crises within the school setting, including suicide risk assessments, child abuse reporting, and emergency mental health support.</li>\n <li>Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans, especially addressing emotional, behavioral, and social goals.</li>\n <li>Serve as a liaison between school personnel, families, and community agencies to coordinate support and access to resources like mental health services, food assistance, or housing.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement school-wide prevention programs and social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives aimed at improving school climate and student well-being.</li>\n <li>Provide consultation to teachers and school staff regarding behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and student mental health concerns.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, interventions, progress, and referrals in accordance with school policies and confidentiality guidelines</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What you need: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program</li>\n <li>Active state licensure as a School Social Worker</li>\n <li> Experience providing clinical or school-based social work services to children and adolescents.</li>\n <li>Strong clinical skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis response.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of school systems, child development, and evidence-based interventions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including educators, psychologists, and administrators.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with electronic recordkeeping systems; experience with telehealth is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</li>\n <li>Flexible work arrangements</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong></p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
