We are proud to be part of a dedicated team committed to increasing access to mental health care and changing the lives of our clients for the better.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clinical Associates at Alaska Behavioral Health (AKBH) are responsible for&nbsp;assisting clients in meeting overall goals as identified in their treatment plan within a multi-disciplinary team approach. Services may be conducted in office and/or in the community based off the individuals needs identified in the treatment plan, to include individual/group skill building and providing case management for coordination of care addressing areas of management of daily routine, employment, housing, transportation, resources, and medical management.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The position of Clinical Associate is divided into three (3) levels of responsibility and independence depending on education and relevant experience as well as the applicant&rsquo;s ability to take on responsibilities. Positions may be in our Adult Outpatient or Child &amp; Family Outpatient Clinic.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Alaska Behavioral Health is a National Child Traumatic Stress Network site and training hub for childhood mental health and trauma treatment. The successful applicant has an opportunity for training in evidenced-based intervention training.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Good To Know</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Position is based in Fairbanks, Alaska</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Full-Time, Non-exempt</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pay Range depends on education and experience; all positions are eligible for an annual incentive</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clinical Associate I requires a high school diploma or GED with one year of relevant experience. Hourly salary is between $20.00 and $26.25 with an average annual incentive of $2,444.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clinical Associate II requires a high school diploma or GED with an associate&rsquo;s degree preferred plus two years of relevant experience. Hourly salary is between $21.50 and $27.50 with an average annual incentive of $2,600.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clinical Associate III requires a bachelor&#39;s degree in a human services field such as social work, psychology, or a similar discipline. Hourly salary is between $23.50 and $30.00 with an average annual incentive of $5,616.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available &ndash; Professional Growth is encouraged!</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clinical associates participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, 4% automatically contributed by AKBH &amp; 10% match after 3 years of employment with AKBH. PTO is accrued at the rate of five (5) weeks of PTO for the first year; eight (8) weeks of PTO after the first year.
