You’ll support lane setups and assist with general labour, working with a diverse fleet and a supportive team with opportunities for growth. Candidates with and without First Aid Level 3 are welcome.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As an LCT, you’ll play a key role in keeping people safe and projects moving. Working outdoors with a skilled crew, you’ll set up and maintain traffic control, guide vehicles and pedestrians through work zones, and support site operations with precision and professionalism. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in safety, and want to make a visible impact in your community, this role is for you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Although we are a union affiliated organization, being an active member is not a prerequisite. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up, maintain, and inspect traffic control equipment in accordance with the Traffic management Plan. </li>\n<li>Direct traffic, pedestrians, and workers around road construction sites. </li>\n<li>Create and maintain all required daily documentation per WorkSafeBC (WSBC) requirements.</li>\n<li>Perform other general labour duties as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety-conscious, effective communicator, with knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations and requirements for traffic control. </li>\n<li>Must hold a valid Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification</li>\n<li>Must have a valid Class 5 BC driver’s license with a clean driving abstract. </li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of experience as an LCT.</li>\n<li>Experience and ability to work on both highways and municipal roadways</li>\n<li>Ability to operate a crash attenuator truck/TMA truck is preferred, training available for the right candidate.</li>\n<li>Preference to local candidates within the Fraser Valley.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The chance to be part of landmark projects that shape communities across British Columbia, while building your career with a company that’s been trusted for over 85 years.
