Then you are in the right place&hellip;start the application process today!</p><p><strong><u>Summary of Position Functions</u></strong><br><br>The Foreman I - Lighting Retro, will be responsible for supervising and running crews involved in the installation of lighting products safely and neatly in customer&#39;s facilities and effectively execute all assigned projects.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Position Functions</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manages job site safety, pre-task plan compliance, safety equipment on job sites, and safety equipment expenses on the job site.</li><li>Manages high-risk activities requiring safety upper management involvement.</li><li>Manages job site productivity goals.</li><li>Manages crew productivity and daily quantity tracking.</li><li>Assigns tasks and directs work to ensure project goals are met safely and efficiently.</li><li>Assures individuals are meeting productivity goals.</li><li>Manages project layout, trade coordination, project quality control.</li><li>Oversees tool and rental expenses on projects.</li><li>Manages daily reports on job sites being completed, documentation (RFIs, drawings updates, submittals) and job site photo documentation.</li><li>Manages documentation on all risk management issues.</li><li>Assigns work for subordinate lead persons and is jointly responsible with the Project Manager for having material, tools, equipment, information, and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion.</li><li>Directs subordinate crew in installation of electrical feeders; equipment such as pumps, motors, and generators; control and distribution apparatus such as switch gear, relays, and circuit breaker panels; lighting fixtures and outlets; and related connections and terminations.</li><li>Oversees the disposition of required office correspondence and administrative paperwork such as official forms, daily reports, time sheets/tickets, and safety reports.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Non-Essential Position Functions</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Supervisory Responsibilities<br></u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Directly supervises employees in the lighting retrofit department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Veregy&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Education and Qualifications</u></strong></p><p>To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
