With over 27 years of experience, our treatment continuum spans from outpatient to residential care, meeting the client’s needs exactly where they are at. Embark Utilizes a proven, internationally validated outcomes platform and the industry's highest quality of care and safety standards, providing exceptional care for our families.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the clinical staff in supporting clients in treatment groups and activities.</li>\n <li>Supervises the students and ensures that they are being safe to themselves and to those around them.</li>\n <li>Helps clinical staff enforce Group Rules and Norms.</li>\n <li>Rewards and praises students for positive behavior.</li>\n <li>Assists students in processing through the students’ various issues and concerns.</li>\n <li>Develops a healthy and meaningful staff/student relationship with each student.</li>\n <li>Advises students regarding problem solving and offers healthy coping strategies for dealing with the students’ emotions.</li>\n <li>Observes and charts student behavior, affect, and participation.</li>\n <li>Comforts and supports struggling students. Listens to them as needed.</li>\n <li>Role models in all areas.</li>\n <li>Monitors the environment surrounding the girls at all times for safety and is aware of emergency procedures.</li>\n <li>Provides care and monitors symptoms for individuals with moderate or high risk of suicide.</li>\n <li>Assists Clinical Team in Assessing clients for suicide risk and performing appropriate screening for suicide risk when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion or near completion of bachelor’s degree or higher in Behavioral Sciences</li>\n <li>Experience working in a behavioral health setting.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a state background check.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills.</li>\n <li>Team player.</li>\n <li>Flexibility a must.</li>\n <li>First Aid & CPR certified.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
