Additionally, we provide Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Educational Assistance, Certification /Training Reimbursement, and a 401(k)-retirement savings contribution plan (with employer match).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking Welders to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Multiple positions available in the San Diego, CA area.  </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Applies appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, or repair parts of metal or other weldable materials.</li>\n <li>Works from blueprints, engineering sketches, charts or work orders.</li>\n <li>Lays out and marks points on parts or subassemblies using rule, square, scribe or templates.</li>\n <li>Positions pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools.</li>\n <li>May inspect completed work for conformance to specifications.</li>\n <li>Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Participates in special projects as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
