This role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, VFDs, field instrumentation, and key mechanical equipment such as pumps and treatment skids. The position also supports basic PLC diagnostics, working closely with a remote Controls/Equipment Engineer for advanced troubleshooting and system improvements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a field-oriented role requiring strong electrical troubleshooting skills, practical mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in an industrial environment.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair 480V electrical systems, including motor control circuits and distribution components</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose and support variable frequency drives (VFDs), including parameter verification, fault analysis, and basic commissioning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Install, wire, and commission field instrumentation, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Flow meters</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Pressure transmitters</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Level sensors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analytical instruments (pH, conductivity, etc.)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform loop checks, signal validation, and calibration of 4–20 mA devices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with PLC-based systems:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Verify I/O signals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify wiring vs. logic issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform basic troubleshooting under remote guidance</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Inspecting and replacing pump components (seals, impellers, pump heads for dosing systems)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identifying blockages, valve issues, and piping restrictions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supporting skid-mounted equipment maintenance and repairs</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong working knowledge of 480V systems and motor controls</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience troubleshooting VFDs (any major brand)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mechanical troubleshooting experience with pumps and process equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with 4–20 mA instrumentation and signal loops</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;
