    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong>CMM Operator/Programmer will be responsible to operate and maintaining CMM equipment to inspect and measure manufactured parts ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. Edits and writes CMM programs. <strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent, Tech school preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3 yrs Experience in CMM operation and use of relevant software applications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to details</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organizational skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient computer skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Time management skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mechanical aptitude</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to edit and write CMM programs using software like PC-DMIS or Calypso to automate the measurement process</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic understanding of root cause and corrective action.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required to pass annual eye exam by licensed optometrist.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure adherence to safety regulation and standard. Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Measure parts using a CMM to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize basic math skills, blueprints reading, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T) symbols.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on the CMM equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Works with Machine Operators, Programming, Quality, and Management in order to produce acceptable products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Documents inspection results and report discrepancies to senior operators or engineers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Correlates CMM inspection data with hand inspection tools and/or plate inspections.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operates within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability and lot control.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow 6S procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Write and edit CMM programs using software like PC-DMIS or Calypso to automate the measurement process.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot quality issues and provide solutions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">May be asked to travel back and forth between Southwick and Westfield facilities.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 9px ;\"><li>Must have ability to read applicable customer/B&amp;E documents with or without corrective lenses.</li><li>May have to lift up to thirty (30) pounds at a time, as required.</li><li>Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
