The successful candidate will be responsible for both maintaining existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities and Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and build strong relationships with current accounts while pursuing and growing relationships with new accounts.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate the desire to become an expert in the industry to develop and retain better customer relationships</li>\n<li>Attend industry events both during and after hours, including, but not limited to, Industry Trade Shows, Professional Sporting Events, Happy Hours, etc.</li>\n<li>Works closely with the sales manager and to promote growth.</li>\n<li>Call and attend on businesses in person, from major corporations to small companies</li>\n<li>Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prefer at least 2 years of relevant experience</li>\n<li>A High School diploma or equivalent required</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required<br></li>\n<li>Must be personable and be able to appropriately handle client relations issues that arise</li>\n<li>Must be consistently highly motivated and a self-starter</li>\n<li>Must be organized, detailed oriented, and proficient in prioritization</li>\n<li>Required to be comfortable driving within assigned territories</li>\n<li>Superb written and oral communication skills are critical for carrying out field marketing responsibilities, as the position requires an aptitude for interpersonal relationship-building</li>\n<li>Presentation skills a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health Insurance</li>\n<li>401K</li>\n<li>Company vehicle with a gas card</li>\n<li>Company cell phone</li>\n<li>Paid sick / vacation time</li>\n<li>Paid company holidays</li>\n<li>3 months of paid training</li>\n<li>Work Location: On the road</li>\n<li>Work Remotely: No</li>\n</ul>",
