ILSC clients are predominantly international professionals and students, and thus we remain committed to and encourage equity, diversity, and fairness in the workplace.</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role: </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">ILSC Toronto Testing Centre seeks dependable, customer-focused, and highly professional Exams Invigilators/Proctors to join our team in delivering tests at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-orientated, and capable of working in a fast-paced testing environment. The Exams Invigilator/Proctor will be considered an independent contractor who will be scheduled on an as-needed basis. <span>We are seeking candidates who are available on weekends and weekday evenings.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Setting up test rooms and equipment at the venue as required</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Checking in and out test taker's personal belongings </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Checking in test-takers using IELTS and other high-stakes testing processes</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Administering and invigilating tests</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Cleaning up after tests</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Lifting and pushing/pulling bins that weight up to 30lbs</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Other duties as required</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Awareness of and experience with high-stakes testing, including IELTS and CELPIP is an asset</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Saturday availability is a MUST</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       <span>Must have availability for weekday evening shifts.</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Superior customer service skills </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Ability to work under examination conditions with respect for confidentiality and secure information </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       A valid Driver’s License, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to other test venues is an asset</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Effective oral and written communication skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Customer service experience is an asset</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Proven accuracy and attention to detail</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Ability to work as a part of a team or alone as required</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Able to accurately follow predetermined instructions</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Reliability and punctuality are essential</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">·       Available to work outside of normal business hours and comfortable spending long periods of time pacing, standing, or sitting.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold\">Contact Information: </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 11.0pt\">Please apply with your resume at the included link.
