    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <p><strong><u>About the Job:</u></strong></p>\n <p>Kent is looking for a Lead Engineer – Electrical to be based in Mumbai, India.&nbsp;</p>\n <p><strong>Skills and&nbsp;Responsibilities</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>International Codes &amp; Standards and Best Engineering Practices that apply to Electrical.</li>\n  <li>Quality management system and procedures</li>\n  <li>Project management and control procedures</li>\n  <li>Electrical workflow and interdisciplinary co-ordination</li>\n  <li>Project Electrical Deliverables</li>\n  <li>Project Risk Assessment</li>\n  <li>Adherence to HSE norms by self and team</li>\n  <li>Proficiency in understanding of Electrical Operating philosophy.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Proficiency in Power system studies and analysis.</li>\n  <li>Prepare/Review design basis for the project as per the client design criteria.</li>\n  <li>Review / provide guidance for preparation of all discipline engineering and design deliverables such as slds, specifications, datasheets, BOM, Panel and Cable schedule, 3D model, interconnection wiring drawings etc.</li>\n  <li>Review and checking of Area classification drawings.</li>\n  <li>Review calculations for all Electrical Equipment like Power transformers, DGs, Battery Sizing, Capacitor sizing, Grounding and Lightening protection. Cable sizing etc.</li>\n  <li>Decide the substation layouts optimizing the size and design of the same along with the design team.</li>\n  <li>Provide guidance for preparation of all layout drawings ,3D models and mto generation.</li>\n  <li>Prepare / provide guidance for preparation of power control and distribution philosophy for electrical system.</li>\n  <li>Review installation drawings.</li>\n  <li>Preparation or Review of Requisitions for quotation and for purchase</li>\n  <li>Review vendor documents and quotations for compliance with project requirements.</li>\n  <li>Participate in project design reviews.</li>\n  <li>Prepare with cost/resource estimates, bid evaluations and project proposals.</li>\n  <li>Perform inter-discipline squad checks.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>General guidance to designers for deciding the cable tray /trench routing and review 3D models.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Attend model reviews as per project schedule.</li>\n  <li>Shop inspections and Electrical Equipment FAT/SAT</li>\n  <li>Site surveys and adequacy checks if required.</li>\n  <li>Attend risk management meetings as required.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Perform technical audits and quality reviews.</li>\n  <li>​​​​​</li>\n </ul>\n <p>Assist with as-building deliverables In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.</p>\n <p><strong>Your&nbsp;knowledge/skills,&nbsp;education,&nbsp;and&nbsp;experience:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering from Indian University (UGC approved) or from Overseas University.
