West Virginia University’s Potomac State College campus in Keyser, West Virginia, is seeking to develop a pool of qualified adjunct instructors to fill part-time teaching opportunities as they become available. The college invites applications for part-time adjunct positions to teach STEM related courses in person and/or online. STEM disciplines include biology, chemistry, mathematics, engineering, and physics. Successful candidates should demonstrate: A student-centered commitment to high academic standards A commitment to collegiality with peers and building a welcoming community; An understanding and commitment to utilizing innovative teaching methodologies and systems which actively engage students in the learning process; An understanding and commitment to working with faculty, staff, and students from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
