    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong> Provides patient care for the unit/department by optimizing operations and organizational efficiencies while promoting a world class environment.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Job Duties:</u></strong></p><ol><li>Communicate and collaborate with RN and other multidisciplinary departments to coordinate the appropriate care for the endoscopy patients in the most efficient and highest quality manner.</li><li>Follow all relevant specialty, federal requirements, and hospital policies and procedures, when caring for the patient and performing other tasks.</li><li>Participate in unit and hospital wide Performance Improvement activities and unit based council</li><li>Provides direction and collaborates with team members to support a healthy work environment.</li><li>Provide education and be a resource to other staff members, students and new orientees.</li><li>Pursue lifelong education, staying current on professional changes and best practices for Endoscopy.</li><li>Be responsible for your FTE Hours.</li><li>Maintain financial responsibility in helping to stay within the unit’s budget.</li><li>Communicate any issues with equipment and supplies with Nurse Manager.</li></ol><p><strong><u>Secondary Job Duties:</u></strong></p><ol><li>Other duties as assigned.<br>&nbsp;</li></ol>",
