That’s why we’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist in the Kearney area who is driven to find and inspire the caregivers who make our work possible.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As our local Recruiting Specialist, you’ll be the face of AmanaCare’s hiring efforts: connecting with potential caregivers, sharing our mission, and guiding them through the hiring journey. You'll also attend and host hiring events and promote caregiving careers throughout Southern and Central Nebraska, both through social media and public engagement.
