This role supports the full product lifecycle for electric forklift trucks and related energy solutions, working closely with regional and global product management teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and market-aligned offerings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the portfolio and lifecycle management of electric forklift trucks and related energy solutions for the North American market.</li><li>Assist with market, competitor, and trend analysis in collaboration with global and regional product management teams.</li><li>Support the definition of regional product requirements, business cases, and product roadmaps aligned with global strategy.</li><li>Contribute to requirements management, product shaping, and ongoing product development activities.</li><li>Support marketing and sales initiatives to enhance product positioning, market penetration, and customer engagement.</li><li>Assist with planning and execution of product-related projects, from market analysis through product launch and lifecycle management.</li><li>Provide support to sales and service teams, including basic product training and technical documentation.</li><li>Ensure awareness of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ANSI/ITSDF, OSHA) impacting powered industrial trucks and related solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Product Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>2–5 years of relevant professional experience in product management, project management, or a related role in a B2B environment.</li><li>Exposure to material handling equipment, industrial products, or energy systems is preferred but not required.</li><li>Interest in or foundational understanding of electric forklift trucks, batteries, charging solutions, or energy-related products is a strong plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to support projects across the product lifecycle.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills; experience working in cross-functional or international teams preferred.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn within a matrixed organization.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul><p><strong>WORK CONDITIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid work out of our Houston, Texas office</li><li>Frequent virtual and/or in-person collaboration across teams</li></ul><p><strong>Why work for Jungheinrich?</strong></p><p>At Jungheinrich, we create more impact.
